Calling all practitioners!

It is well documented that a healthy lifestyle can help prevent dementia. We are looking to engage with people/organisations that promote healthy eating, exercise and self-care, in all its forms to participate in a FREE Dementia Awareness session and who are willing to undertake to include / facilitate people with varying levels of dementia in their classes / sessions be it on an individual basis or in a group.

What’s in it for me and what does it cost?

The FODDAA website aims to provide local information to our community and to aid in educating residents on how they can take healthy steps to complement their lives.  www.foddaa.co.uk/prevention
