Calling all practitioners!
It is well documented that a healthy lifestyle can help prevent dementia. We are looking to engage with people/organisations that promote healthy eating, exercise and self-care, in all its forms to participate in a FREE Dementia Awareness session and who are willing to undertake to include / facilitate people with varying levels of dementia in their classes / sessions be it on an individual basis or in a group.
What’s in it for me and what does it cost?

By undertaking to attend a dementia awareness session you will be able to use our logo on your promotional literature, advertising that you are dementia inclusive, free of charge and we will in return add your details to our website under the relevant heading below:

In order to keep healthy neural pathways growing it is useful to learn new skills, this doesn’t have to be a chore. Make time to develop a hobby or something you enjoy.
